Clause 2Event Participation

Participation as a vendor in our events is subject to approval and any event-specific guidelines we provide separately (for example booth fees, setup requirements, and conduct policies). We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant at our discretion.

Clause 3SMS Text Messaging Program

By opting in to our text messaging program through our website, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You are voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive automated text messages from DTLA ArtNight related to event updates, participation details, and support communications.
• No Purchase Necessary: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating as a vendor, and is not required to make any purchase.

• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may reply HELP for assistance.
• Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Work you send us stays yours. Submitting images of your work or products with an application does not transfer ownership of it; it gives us permission to use those images to review your application and, if you are accepted, to promote the event you are appearing at. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not use them for promotion.

Our website, events, and text messaging program are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

Our website lists venues, hours, and participants that are outside our control and can change without notice, including on the night of an event. We also link to and embed services operated by others, such as the interactive map, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Clause 7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Something Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our events, or receipt of text messages from us.
